Feldenkrais Tight Neck Series


This is a playlist for a "Tight neck,"  it really is working on your neck by getting some movement through your scapula (shoulder blade).  The first 2 videos are short and more of an explanation of anatomy and what you are doing.  From the 3rd video on, he is going through the exercises.  He will often have you check in with how you're feeling along the way, you may feel inclined to skip this part but I really recommend doing it. One of my favorites!
