At Bloom Chiropractic we accept cash, checks and all major credit cards for services rendered, at time of service.
We do not accept insurance and we currently are unable to accept Medicare patients (sorry, even if you want to pay cash).
Exam
We are using technology to be able to serve more people! The initial visit is split into two appointments:
Virtual History: a video chat where we will review your intake and health history. 15-30 minutes
*to offer more flexibility, virtual visits are done on Dr. Hackworth’s days off, please call or text the office number to schedule
Exam: an in-person visit where we will perform an exam and adjustment (when appropriate) 30 minutes
*sometimes it’s easier to start by scheduling your exam and work backwards to schedule the virtual history
Chiropractic Adjustment
Once you have been established as a patient, get your spine adjusted so your nervous system is optimally functioning. Reduce pain & inflammation, increase movement, and feel more at ease. Don’t forget: you can’t be in growth and protection at the same time!

Adjustment
Adult: $50
Pediatric (0-13): $35
